The Engineering Consultancy profession began its journey of growth in Pakistan on the back of a few professionals who came forward to provide their services in a field that was not known to many. They began their earnest journey to bring about a change in the Engineering Community of the country and to help the country in its industrial growth. One of these persons is Engr. Muhammad Adil Usman who has held a formidable presence in the field of Electrical Consultancy Services since 1979. His dedication, ethics, and professionalism have earned him great admiration and recognition on various platforms, both from the engineering community as well as clients. His firm, M/s. Associated Technical Consultants; also known as ATCONS; has been in the forefront of Industrial Innovation, large scale infrastructures, and specialized projects since its inception in 1979 and has to its credit a diverse portfolio of projects ranging across all market segments, including various R&D projects.
From 2015 onwards, this legacy has been continued onwards by his son, Engr. Safwan Ali, who himself has an Electrical Consultancy experience spanning over 20 years. Under his supervision, the firm has attempted to diversity its expertise and services beyond the industrial and power sector and pursuing newer innovations and technologies while following the same guiding principles of professionalism, ethics, and honesty to the client and the project as ingrained by his father.
