The training program featured highly esteemed trainers, Mr. Qaiser Tufail-Manager Service Sales ABB Electrification Business Area and Mr. Sikandar Hayat-Manager Service Sales ABB Electrification Business Area, both acknowledged experts in the field. Their wealth of experience and insights added immense value to the learning experience of AMT’s employees.
The core focus of the training program was to provide employees with a comprehensive understanding of the Advanced technicalities of ABB’s LV switchgear components as well as ABB Motion which compromised a detailed discussion of ABB VFD’s, a crucial aspect of AMT Electric’s operations.
The training was structured into various modules, each designed to empower employees with specialized knowledge and hands-on expertise. Starting off with E-Configuration Training which delved into the intricacies of E-Configuration, equipping employees with the skills to optimize ABB equipment for maximum efficiency. During both days, participants engaged in practical, hands-on sessions, allowing them to fine-tune their skills in areas such as motor operation, UVT (Under Voltage Trip) systems, shunt trip replacement, and installation, thus elevating their technical prowess. Furthermore they learned how to meticulously assess breakers to ensure 100% operational efficiency, guaranteeing uninterrupted power flow.This segment of the training provided employees with the ability to swiftly identify and rectify main faults in breakers, thereby enabling them to tackle operational challenges with confidence.
Employees had the opportunity to explore the dynamic realm of Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs), gaining insights into their applications and discovering how to harness their power for precision control.
