The Association of Builders and Developers of Pakistan (ABAD) Chairman Fayyaz Ilyas has appreciated the efforts of the federal government for announcing incentives for the construction industry. Though, ABAD had been asking for all incentives for a very long time, but the previous governments were not reluctant enough to consider them. A delegation of ABAD met Naya Pakistan Housing and Development Authority (NAPHDA) Chairman Lt. Gen. (Retd.) Anwar Ali Hyder in Islamabad, the delegation that the federal government has taken a number of steps for ease of doing business for the construction industry. The package announced by the government would prove to be a beneficent change for the economy. It will have long-term effects on the national economy as thousands of people would get jobs and houses on easy terms.
