It’s a matter of great pride that in spite of various difficulties, export problems, high utility cost etc. we are progressing in almost every field. The Level of Progress may be different Industry to Industry.
CHAT GPT and AI have opened new opportunities in every walk of life, if sensibly used. It will not reduce our creative capabilities.
I have set the following strategic goals which I will try my level best to achieve during my tenure as President of Pakistan HVACR Society.
1. Sustainable HVAC Designs in Buildings.
2. House Job for Fresh Engineers and Sub Engineers.
3. Stronger Bondage between our Industries and our HVACR Society.
4. Development and Quality improvement in Made in Pakistan Equipment.
I am quite confident that there is no dearth of talent in our Country. Being a huge populated Country, we should not become a TRADING NATION and must put full efforts in the growth of our Industry and especially in our field.
In the end I Congratulate the Organizing Community of 31st Expo which is being held in Karachi and have done untiring efforts to make it a successful event.
Khalid Mansoor
Chapter Chairman – Pakistan HVACR Society (Karachi Chapter)
Mr. Khalid Mansoor is a seasoned engineering professional with over three decades of diversified experience, having begun his professional career in 1992. He holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree from the University of Karachi (1992) and later earned a Master’s degree in Economics (2005), combining strong technical expertise with sound economic and managerial insight.
He started his career with a well-reputed contracting company, where he gained extensive hands-on experience across major sectors, including the pharmaceutical industry, hospital, airports, and hydropower projects.
In 2017, Mr. Mansoor established his own engineering firm, K.M. Engineering, where he currently serves as Chief Executive Officer (CEO). Under his leadership, the company has steadily grown, delivering professional engineering solutions with a focus on quality, compliance, and innovation.
He has served twice as Chairman of the Institute Management Committee (IMC) at STEVTA, contributing significantly to student development and industry–academia linkage.
Within the Pakistan HVACR Society – Karachi Chapter, he has served in several key roles, including Local Council Member, Treasurer, Conference Convener for the 28th Pakistan HVACR Expo 2023, and Registration Convener for the 30th Expo 2025.

Pakistan HVACR Society is pleased to announce the 31st Pakistan HVACR International Expo and Conference 2026, hosted by the Karachi Chapter, to be held on 12th, 13th, and 14th February 2026 at the Expo Centre, Karachi. This flagship event continues to serve as the largest and most comprehensive platform for the HVACR industry in Pakistan, uniting manufacturers, traders, importers, consultants, contractors, engineers, academicians, and students under one roof.
The Conference segment will be held during the first two days of the exhibition in a dedicated conference hall, under the theme “HVACR & MEP Retrofit.”
On the third day, the same conference hall will be exclusively dedicated to a Students’ Conference, aimed at enhancing technical knowledge, industry awareness, and professional orientation for engineering students.
As the Convener – Security & Protocol, I am entrusted with ensuring that security arrangements, access control, protocol management, and visitor facilitation are executed with the highest standards of professionalism. Our objective is to provide a safe, organized, and disruption-free environment for all participants, with special consideration for students and first-time visitors.
