Secretary Energy and Power Engr. Sarfaraz Durrani have said that the Industries department of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa would set up Institute of Petroleum Technology at KP Energy and Power Department Karak with the help of Technical Education and Vocational Training Authority (TEVTA).
The institute would be set up at a cost of Rs2053 million for which Rs28 million would be provided on lease.
A special committee would be constituted to revise the PC-I of the project under PSDP and ADP and would finalize recommendations in ten days.
